Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup light coconut milk
  • 1 dragon fruit
  • 1 cup blackberries

Instructions

  • The night before, put coconut milk in an ice cube tray and freeze until solid.
  • Peel dragon fruit with a knife. Add dragon fruit, frozen coconut milk cubes and blackberries to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy immediately.
