Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 frozen banana peeled and chopped
  • ¼ cups oats
  • ½ cup soy milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • Crushed nuts of choice like almonds sunflower seeds

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour in to the glass.
  • Top with cinnamon powder and pod. Enjoy!
